Vinyl Cut Decals

We offer vinyl cut decals of all sizes. Small enough to fit on a wrist watch and big enough for a semi trailer. Price is based on size, number of colors, design complexity and quantity.

Size.... For the most part bigger is more expensive than smaller as more material is used. This style of decal is weeded by hand so a more more complicated, smaller design can be more expensive than a bigger, less complicated logo.

Colors....An unlimited number of colors are possible but it is not common to go to more than 3 or 4. If the design contains more than 4 colors is often better to go to a different method of decal production. Price goes up with each color added. Generally in a one color decal you can order a variety of colors without extra change. Remember if the the decal is to go on a window, light colors such as white, silver or yellow are suggested.

Quantity....In many cases there are no minimums required on vinyl cut decals but that is dependent on the artwork provided. If the graphic is recieved in the proper vector format (.eps, .cdr, .ai) minimal time is needed for setup so small quanties can be efficient. Discount are provided for large quantity orders but the discount level is not the same as in screen printed production.

Screen Printed Decals

Screen printed decals are the best bet if quantities of more than 100 are required of if the image has a lot of detail. This is a very efficient form of production for smaller decals. Background color can vary but an extra charge is required for any ink color changes. Screen setup generally runs about $40 so small quantity minimums are not efficient.
